"Waitin' on a Sunset" Rachael and Tyler

I felt inspired by these two. There is just something about them, I can't wait to be part of their wedding. When we talked about location and different aspects of their relationship, they had originally chosen the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon to explore while being followed by me. About a week before, they called me up and confidently changed their minds on their location. It might have had something to do with their recent romantic fishing date. I could not have been more pleased; you just can't go wrong with an engagement session by Rose Valley Lake.

The lake is one of my favorite places to take pictures at. I had every spot mapped out in my mind and carefully timed the light so we would end with the west side of the lake as our back drop for the sunset. We wondered through the woods, waded in the lake, and relaxed in the field with a little bit of original music. All while watching the sky and waiting for the sunset to start. As we made our way over to the perfect spot of the lake, a county love song played from someone's car, and so they danced in the lake for the final poses of the evening.

I found out later on that Tyler wrote a song a few years back titled "Waitin' on a Sunset" I bet in his wildest dream he would not have guessed he was writing the theme song for his and his future brides engagement photo session. As if this shoot could have gotten any more perfect!
